Are there any services for guests staying with children?

Accommodation for babies and toddlers who sleep with their parents or use cribs are free (cribs can also be used for free). We request that children of six years old or older use an extra bed, which is offered with an extra fee.
* If you hope to use a free crib, please let us know beforehand. We will also prepare slippers and yukata (light cotton kimono) for children upon request.
(All items are offered in limited quantities.)

Are there any swimming pools or fitness facilities?

We regret that we do not have any swimming pools or fitness facilities.

Can I make payment in advance?

Two methods are available. Please contact us for more detailed information.
– Bank transfer
– Direct payment at the hotel (Cash or credit card)

Can I reserve a smoking room?

We are very sorry, all rooms are non-smoking.
There is a smoking room on the first floor.

Can I reserve a room on a higher floor or a room with a fine view?

Please tell us your preference. However, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the vacancies on the desired date.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel beforehand?

You can send your luggage to the address below. (Please make sure to indicate your name and the date you are arriving at the hotel.)

Where can I have breakfast?

We serve breakfast in either a Western-style restaurant.

Western style: All day dining “”La Jyho”” (2F, 7:00-10:00)

Are there any dress codes?

There are no special dress codes.

Can you leave out food ingredients we cannot eat due to food allergies or for religious reasons?

We will make every possible effort to meet your requirement by preparing other ingredients and taking other measures. Please consult us beforehand so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

We are very sorry, but are all non-smoking.

I made an online reservation from the hotel website, but I haven't received a confirmation email.

Is there an age limit?

Minors are not allowed in the main bar “Essex” during bar time.
